Source attribution

All carrier data comes from the FMCSA SAFER system. The data is public-domain U.S. government data. Computed metrics (cohort percentiles, safety scores, risk narratives) are derived by DataTruck from the public source.

No warranty

Data is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We sync from FMCSA daily but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. For decisions involving compliance, contracts, or insurance, always verify the data against the canonical FMCSA source.

Limitation of liability

DataTruck is not liable for decisions made based on the information shown on this site. Always cross-check against FMCSA SAFER for time-critical decisions.

No automated bulk scraping

Automated bulk scraping of the site is not permitted. If you need bulk data, FMCSA publishes the same datasets directly via the Socrata API and SMS data downloads — that’s the right access path. Reach out if you have a specific use case.
